How Do I Initiate a Guarantee Request?
In the event you believe the quality of legal services you received is not consistent with industry standards or the provisions of the attorney’s related proposal, please send written notice of your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org. This complaint must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the date the attorney sent the related invoice. In your request, please provide details regarding the facts and circumstances which are the basis of your complaint, along with any relevant documentation. UpCounsel will determine a resolution within 7 calendar days of the submission of your complaint and will notify you of that resolution via email. Please note that all resolutions are final.
