# How can I trust that my attorney will do a good job?

UpCounsel staff includes several attorneys and we thoroughly vet each attorney before bringing them into our community. In addition to minimum requirements of experience, attorneys also must submit to an interview prior to joining.

We are confident that our attorneys will provide high quality legal services,  If you aren't satisfied with your attorney, though, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  

This can include reimbursement towards the cost of hiring another attorney to reconcile the work or do it all over again.
