# Am I able to retract or edit a bit?

Until your bid is accepted, your are free to retract or edit a bid at any time.  If the client accepts your bid before you have the opportunity to edit, you should confer and make sure he is comfortable with your new bid amount.  If the client accepts before you can retract your bid, just let an UpCounsel rep know and we'll take care of it for you.
