The attorney rating/review system helps future clients select the right attorney for them. Sometimes, an attorney will do a fine job but for whatever reason, the user submits a negative review. As a general rule, UpCounsel prefers to stay out of the user review process as to get involved would compromise the value of rating system. However, in the event that a client provides a truly unfair or unfounded review of an attorney, we will do our best to work with both the client and the attorney to resolve the issue.
